Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on July 2, 2025 and completed on July 3, 2025. The inspection started at 10:50 am and concluded at 11:35 am. here were4 children present and 1 caregivers; the point total was 8. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on July 2, 2025.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The proivder shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition. The provider had a hot water container was located in area accessible to children. There were two children that could reach the the button to turn on the hot water.
