Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/03/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 10/05/2023. There were 11 children, ages 3 years- 4 years, and 2 staff members providing direct care and supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies, and nutrition. The children were observed during teacher directed activities, self-directed activities, and outdoor time. A total of 5 children?s records, and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 10:30 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
