An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on-site on 12/17/2025 and completed on 12/22/2025, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:35pm and ended at 1:25pm.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above.
There were 5 children and 2 staff on-site. The inspector viewed on-site records of 3 children on 12/17/25. Electronic records were reviewed for 2 staff on 12/22/2025. There was no medication to review.
The inspection included the following: document reviews, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
