Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 8/29/2022 to determine compliance with licensing standards. The inspection was initiated at 9:30am and concluded at 12:10pm. There were no children in care during the inspection, thus those standards regarding the care and supervision of children were not reviewed. The inspection was conducted with the program Director. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four staff records, the center's emergency plan/maps, policies and procedures. All playgrounds, classrooms and bathrooms were inspected. Coverage of liability Insurance, certification in CPR, First aid, Medication Administration training and Daily Health Observation training were verified. All cribs were inspected and were found to be in compliance. The first aid kit and non-medical emergency supplies were inspected and found complete for the facility and the bus. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the Violation Notice. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact Maria Soto at 571-835-5058, maria.soto@doe.virginia.gov.
