Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection visit and home tour was conducted on 11/02/2022. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 3 preschool aged children totaling 6 points in care with the provider. Children were observed interacting with the provider, hand washing, and engaging in outdoor play. A sample of 3 children's records and the provider record were reviewed. The provider reported that there have been no injuries and medications are not being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the provider in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.

There was an unanchored 6' bookcase in the office that rocked when pulled on. Children have access to this area when in care.
Evidence:
The temperature of the hot water in the kitchen and bathroom measured at 137.8 degrees Fahrenheit. These taps are accessible to children in care.
Evidence:
1. The record for child #1 did not contain the first date of attendance and medical insurance policy number.
2. The record for child #2 did not contain the addresses and phone numbers for the parent's place of employment and medical insurance policy number.
3. The record for child #3 did not contain the medical insurance policy number.
