Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 11/9/2022 from 10:30am to 1:00pm. There were no children enrolled or in care. The physical plant, 2 staff records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials. The center was clean and organized.
