Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted with the area manager and center director from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Ten staff records were reviewed. Three staff have been trained in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Classrooms were observed and are well organized and equipped with age appropriate supplies and furnishings. Childcare areas were measured and the facility can accommodate the requested capacity of 156 children. An indoor activity room for gross motor skills called "The Brook" can accommodate 23 children at one time. Both playgrounds were observed and inspected. The large playground can accommodate 148 children. The infant/toddler playground can accommodate 36 children.
