Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on 10/25/2022 between 10:00am and 12:00pm with the new franchise owners of the currently operating location. A review of policies, staff and owner records, emergency policies, supplies, and both the indoor and outdoor physical plant was conducted.

A follow up inspection will be conducted after the the license is issued to inspect areas of the program that are not inspectable at this time.

Based on a review of policies, the center did not develop written procedures for prevention of shaken baby syndrome or abusive head trauma, including coping with crying babies, safe sleeping practices, and sudden infant death syndrome awareness.
Evidence:
ON the date of inspection the center could not provide written procedures for prevention of shaken baby syndrome or abusive head .
Plan of Correction: A policy will be developed and written today.
