An unannounced inspection was conducted today from 10:00am until 10:45am in response to a self reported incident that occurred at the child
day center on January 9, 2024.
A review was conducted of 2 staff files, 2 children files, and center policies. Two interviews were conducted and written statements were
reviewed.
