An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing office for General Qualifications of Staff 8VAC-780-180

The complaint investigation included interviews and a review of staff files. A preponderance of evidence was not found to support the allegation, and the complaint is deemed to be "Not Valid".
