Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint about potential exposure to hazardous materials. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed.

There was no evidence to support that the center was in non-compliance with any child day center standards. The complaint is deemed "not valid". No violations were cited as a result of this complaint investigation.
