An initial inspection was conducted on 10/26/2022.The inspector toured the home and reviewed required documentation during the visit. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation the licensee had sharp kitchen utensils accessible to children in care.

The kitchen island had an unlocked drawer that contained various various sharp kitchen utensils and tools.
