An unannounced inspection was conducted 05/11/2023 in response to a complaint received by licensing regarding building maintenance. Interviews were conducted, observations made, and documentation were reviewed. Additionally, HVAC technicians were observed on-site during the inspection. The preponderance of the evidence during the inspection did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
