An unannounced inspection was conducted 03/27/2023 in response to a complaint received by licensing regarding forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted, observations made, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violation was issued.
