An unannounced inspection was completed on 05/22/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of supervision of children. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records. This inspection included documentation review, observations, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
