Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection Tuesday, December 13, 2022 from 9:25 am to 10:15 am. This was a focused 60-day monitoring visit to determine the family day home's continued compliance since being licensed on October 24, 2022. There were three children enrolled at this time. The provider has requested to modify the license to care for 8 children. Medication is not being administered. Transportation is not provided. Last fire drill: 11/23/2022. Required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. The violations from the previous inspection were checked for corrections.
