Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on March 3, 2023 from approximately 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. The provider record, 3 assistant records, and 7 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected. There were 7 children in attendance for a total of 14 points with 2 staff. The children were observed taking a nap while the inspector was on the premises.
