An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 07/19/2024 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 06/28/2024 relating to termination policies. The inspector reviewed 1 child record on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the self-report is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
