Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on May 22, 2024 and the inspection concluded on June 5, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 4:15 p.m. and ended at 5:00 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 17 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records on site and 1 new staff record electronically on 6/05/2024. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
