Inspector Notes
This non-mandated monitoring inspection (NMI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/16/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11 am. There were 4 children present (12 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. This inspection was a follow-up inspection to the initial inspection conducted on 09/09/2022. All previously cited violations have been corrected. A total of 5 children records, 1 staff record, and 4 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
