Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/08/2024. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. The Inspector reviewed children and staff reecords, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a record review the center did not ensure all staff had the required background checks within 30 days of employment.
Evidence:

Staff#1 hired on 03/20/2024 did not have documentation of having the results of a central registry check.
Plan of Correction: Administration will contact the office of background check investigations to follow-up on the check.
