An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on 08/04/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 11:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations and measurements.There were 8 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
