An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/08/2024 , as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 3:25pm and ended at 4:55pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, and a tour of the facility.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
