Inspector Notes
The Licensing Inspector initiated and completed a renewal inspection on 2/21/2023 The inspector was on site from 3:10pm until 4:40pm.
There were 16 children under the care of 2 staff. The ages of the children ranged from five to ten years old. The children were observed during snack time, indoor play and outdoor play. Inspector also observed an emergency drill being conducted at time of arrival. Two children?s record and two staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
