An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/13/2024 and completed on 11/21/2024 , as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:50pm and ended at 4:05pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 21 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records electronically on 11/19/2024. This inspection included document review, and a tour of the facility.
