An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/22/2025, as part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:55pm and ended at 4:30pm. Two inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 29 children and 3 staff present. The inspectors viewed on-site records of 3 children and 2 staff.
The inspection included the following: document reviews, tour of the facility, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
