The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Provider and adult household member records were reviewed before the inperson inspection was conducted. Information gathered during the inspection determined the provider was in compliance with applicable standards or law .
