Inspector Notes
An unannounced non-mandated monitoring focus inspection was conducted on March 1, 2023 from approximately 12:16 pm to 1:15 pm. One Caregiver were present with 4 children. Children were observed preparing for nap, dancing , moving around and freely playing. Four children records and one caregiver records were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations.
