Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal monitoring inspection was conducted on May 17, 2023 from approximately 10:55 am to 11:40 am. One Caregivers were present with 7 children ( 16 points). Children were observed freely playing and singing alphabet and recogonition activity with colors. Two children records and one caregiver record and one house holdmeber were reviewed on this date.
Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, diapering ,nutrition, outside area, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
