Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was conducted on June 26, 2024 from 10:30 am to 11:36 am in response to a complaint regarding physical equipment and environment. There were two children present with one caregiver supervising for a value of 4 points. An interview with the provider was completed, observations were made in the family day home, and one child?s record was reviewed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
