Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was completed on November 2, 2022, from 9:30am to approximately 11am. The applicant intends to operate a Child Day Center for up to 40 children, ranging in the age from 3 years old to 5 years old. There were no children present during the time of the inspection. The program manager and education manager were present during the inspection. A complete tour of the facility was completed including three classrooms, the parent resource room, the STEM lab, the cultural inclusion room, and the playground area. First Aid, emergency supplies, and emergency preparedness plans were observed. Staff records were reviewed. There were no violations identified during the inspection. A six month conditional license is recommended to allow the applicant the opportunity to demonstrate continued compliance with the Standards for Licensed Child Day Centers. All future inspections will be unannounced. The first unannounced inspection will be conducted within 60 days from the date the license is issue.
