Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on December 5, 2023. The inspector arrived at 1:40pm and departed at approximately 2:40pm. There were 30 children present and 4 staff members. The staff records were reviewed on 12/06/2023, at the corporate office. There were 5 children?s records and 8 staff records were reviewed. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during nap, and a few children leaving for early dismissal. Emergency contacts were reviewed as well as medications on site. There is no transportation provided by the center. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
