Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 30, 2024. The inspector arrived at 12:15pm and departed at approximately 1:35pm. There were 45 children present and 5 staff members. The staff records were reviewed on 12/06/2023 and the same staff members were present and in compliance. There were 5 children?s records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during transition to nap, bathroom breaks, and handwashing. Emergency preparedness documents and medications on site were reviewed. There is no transportation provided by the center. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
