Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on May 7, 2025. The inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 12pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 33 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records onsite and 4 staff records electronically. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
