Inspector Notes

An in person renewal study was conducted today.
There are 10 children present by the end of the inspection (24 points) with 2 caregivers.
3 child and 4 adult records were reviewed.
Emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, menu, bottles labeled/dated were all in compliance.
Children were observed playing with a variety of age appropriate toys and equipment, washing hands and transitioning to going outside for a walk.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent to bring the birth certificate back to correct the certificate number, and ask the parent to complete the enrollment form.

Based on a review of records, one child record does not contain documentation of acknowledgement of written policy for the decision to administer medication.
Evidence:
