Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted On July 26, 2023 from approximately 12:50-1:45 pm. There were 2 children directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 8 staff records, 2 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
Children were observed participating in indoor play with the parachute. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The center was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
