Inspector Notes

An Initial inspection was conducted on 11/02/2022. No children were in care. The physical space, playground, required posted documents, policies/procedures, first aid supplies, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, cribs, diaper changing areas and emergency supplies were inspected. Age appropriate materials were available in all classrooms. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program. Based on review on the supplies and interview with the director, the required first aid kits were incomplete. Evidence: Thermometers and triangular bandages were not included in the store bought kits and were not included in any of the bags created for the classrooms or main office.
Plan of Correction: We will purchase the required items right away.
