Inspector Notes

An announced initial inspection was conducted on January 3, 2023 from 3:10 P.M.-4:30 P.M. The facility was toured and all indoor areas and outdoor play areas were measured for capacity. Items reviewed during the inspection included: emergency preparedness, emergency evacuation maps, required postings, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, infant equipment, the physical plant, and one agent's background check. Policies regarding arrival and departure, transitions, supervision, and handwashing and diapering were discussed.

A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license, for a capacity of 15, serving children ages birth-five years of age.
