Inspector Notes

A mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on March 21, 2024 from 10:05 A.M.-11:45 P.M. There were eleven children present, ranging in ages from one year seven months to five years of age, with four staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and four staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of the health inspection, the center failed to obtain annual approval from the health department.

Evidence:
1. The health inspection on file was dated 10/2022.
2. Administration verified that a new inspection had not been obtained.
