Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 06/17/2025 and completed on 06/18/2025.The on-site inspection began at 10:38 am and ended at 12:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center must request a search of the central registry prior to the employee's first day of employment.

Staff 2, who had been employed for approximately one year, did not have a central registry search requested.
Plan of Correction: Will be sure to send in Central registry background checks before the first day of hire.

A shelter in place procedures shall be practiced a minimum of twice per year.

There was documentation of one shelter in place drill practiced in 2024.
