Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was conducted on 10/16/23 from 10:10 am to 11:30 am. There were 14 children present, with 6 staff supervising. The children were observed playing outdoors, completing a fall craft activity and circle time. Medications, emergency drill logs and attendance records were reviewed. 3 staff records and 2 children's records were reviewed. The lunch menu included beef and chicken stew with bread and butter, fresh fruit and milk. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
