Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted7/22/24 from 10:30am to 11:50 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 38 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included:
? document review (policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms),
? tour of the facility,
? classroom and playground observations that included: free play, outdoor play with cars, puzzles and animals, preparing for lunch,
? Lunch included veggie and beef stew, whole wheat bread, salad, fresh fruit and milk.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
