Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 7/21/25 from 11:25am to 12:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 38 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Three children in the toddler room were observed seated in high chairs for lunch. The safety belts were not securely fastened.
