Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/23/26 from 10:10 am to 11:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 32 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI, and this single inspection report reflects findings related to licensing standards and subsidy standards. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
5Staff # 2's CRS results were not obtained by the center to this date, and were unavailable for review.
Staff # 2's record did not have documentation of orientation training.
Children in the 2 year old classroom were observed playing with kinetic sand that was intended for children 3 years old and up.
One infant in the infant classroom was observed getting a diaper change. The infant's hands were not washed after diapering, and the infant was placed in the crib.
Staff # 1's record was missing documentation of one written reference check.
