Inspector Notes
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 12/7/2022 beginning at 12:15pm and ending at 1:45pm. No children were present at the time of inspection. Observation of all 10 classrooms and the outdoor play area was completed and measurements to determine capacity were taken. Record review consisting of 2 board officers and the director was completed remotely and found to be in compliance. The center's policies and procedures and emergency supplies were inspected and determined to be complete. Inspection of the cribs on site was completed and meets the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. The center has the required space and equipment to serve children 1 month through 12 years. No violations were found during this initial inspection.
