This inspection was conducted using a remote protocol including interviews, documentation and contact via electronic means.
An inspection was conducted in response to a self-report regarding forbidden action: physical punishment. The inspection was initiated by phone on July 27, 2023. Additional contacts were conducted. Documentation was reviewed, staff interviews were conducted.
An exit interview was conducted with the director on September 27, 2023.
Based on the information collected throughout the inspection, there was no noncompliance documented.
