Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation was completed with the center on 11/16/2023. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding behavioral guidance, injury documentation, diapering, and access to drinking water. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The allegation regarding injury documentation was found to be valid, however, the allegations regarding behavioral guidance, diapering, and access to water were determined to be not valid due to insufficient corroborating evidence. Areas of non-compliance are cited on the Violation Notice.
