An unannounced inspection was completed with the center on 12/7/2023 in response to a self-report received in the Northern Licensing Office regarding an allegation of a forbidden action. Interviews were conducted and classroom observations were completed. The allegation regarding a forbidden action was unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence and no violations were cited.
