An unannounced inspection was initiated on April 30, 2024 and completed on May 6, 2024. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 7, 2024 relating to allegations of Staffing and Supervision and Programs. The inspector reviewed nine children?s records and four staff records on April 30, 2023. This inspection included:
? document review tour of the facility,

? observations

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
