Inspector Notes

An initial inspection was conducted September 28, 2022 from approximately 12:45 pm to 1:30 pm. The program director and site director were on site and available to answer questions. Items reviewed during the inspection include: all designated areas and furnishings, required posted information, parent pick-up/drop off procedures, emergency maps and exits, first aid kit, restrooms, the outdoor space, and the daily schedule. The facility can accommodate the requested capacity of 100 children. There are currently 35 children enrolled. The ages served will be 4 years 9 months to 12 years.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
